Our first-time homebuyer education workshops seek to prepare and assist homebuyers in becoming savvy homeowners. In our workshops, future homebuyers will learn how to set goals and action plans to overcome common barriers to homeownership, some  of which include credit, savings plans, and avoiding predatory lending. You will be assigned a personal coach with whom you will get to meet one-on-one to ensure that you are following their action plan and meeting your financial goals.

Upon graduating from these workshops, you will have gained the knowledge and skills to either purchase or begin saving up for the purchase of a new home.


In order to register for either our in-person or online First-Time Homebuyer Workshop, you must first fill out an application either by coming into our office or by contacting Nathalie Lora at 978-685-6274 or nathalie@actinc.org.
